Frontier Warehousing Limited has completed the acquisition of 42.80% equity shares, increasing its stake to 42.81% and gaining control of the company. This transaction led to a board meeting where several key management changes were approved, including the appointment of a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, the resignation of existing directors, and the appointment of new independent and additional directors. The company also confirmed the relocation of its registered office to East India House, 20B Abdul Hamid Street, Kolkata.
