Keystone Realtors Ltd, a leading real estate company, has reported a quarterly growth of 40% in pre-sales for Q3FY25, amounting to INR 8.63 billion. The company's pre-sales for YID FY25 stands at INR 21.74 billion, reflecting a 53% increase over the same period last year. The collections for Q3FY25 were INR 5.42 billion, a 20% quarterly rise YoY basis. The company has completed one RERA project in Q3FY25 and added 2 projects with a GDV of INR 9.8 billion in the same quarter.
