Keystone Realtors Limited has been chosen as the developer for the redevelopment project of Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation Limited, comprising of 8 housing societies. The project will be developed on a land of approximately 20,569.90 square meters in Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra. The acquisition does not fall under related party transactions and does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals. The cost of acquisition and/or the price at which the shares are acquired is not applicable.
