Keystone Realtors Reports 40% YoY Growth in H1FY26 Pre-Sales, Achieves 70% of Full-Year Launches Guidance

Keystone Realtors Ltd. has reported its key operational updates for H1FY26 and Q2FY26. The company achieved a 40% YoY growth in pre-sales, reaching INR 18.31 billion in H1FY26. This accounts for 46% of the full-year FY26 pre-sales guidance. In Q2FY26, the company reported pre-sales of INR 7.63 billion, a 9% YoY growth. Collections stood at INR 11.77 billion for H1FY26, a 13% YoY growth. The company launched 4 projects with an estimated GDV of INR 49.16 billion in H1FY26, achieving about 70% of its full-year FY26 launches guidance. Keystone Realtors added 3 projects with a saleable area of 3.25 mn sq ft and an estimated GDV of INR 77.27 billion in H1FY26, surpassing its full-year FY26 business development guidance.
