Keystone Realtors Selected for Andheri West Mumbai Redevelopment Project

Keystone Realtors Ltd has been selected by 8 housing societies for the redevelopment of 8 housing societies at Andheri West, Mumbai. The redevelopment is a large-scale cluster project in a highly sought after residential neighborhood. The transaction is a redevelopment with no transfer of title, and the company will be entitled to development rights. Additional carpet area will be given to existing society members in lieu of existing carpet area, and the company will be able to load additional Floor Space Index (FSI) on the societies' land for recovery of costs. Such additional FSI shall be generated as per Development Controller and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034.
