Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in KFin Technologies Ltd. The acquisition, which took place on August 20, 2026, through open market transactions, increased Mirae Asset Mutual Fund's total shareholding to 6.11% from 4.67%. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of KFin Technologies before the acquisition was approximately ₹172.83 crore, and after the acquisition, it remains the same, with the total diluted share capital at approximately ₹173.73 crore.
