Khadim India Approves Warrant Issue & Director Appointments

Khadim India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the issuance of up to 10,68,182 Fully Convertible Equity Share Warrants at ₹110 each to promoters and identified non-promoters, aggregating ₹11.75 crore. The warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months. Additionally, the board approved the continuation of Prof. (Dr.) Surabhi Banerjee as an Independent Director post-75 years and the appointment of Mr. Sekhar Bhattacharjee as an Additional Independent Director. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened on August 01, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these proposals, including a change in the Articles of Association.
