Khadim India Ltd: Corrigendum to EGM Notice on Preferential Issue

Khadim India Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice, originally scheduled for August 01, 2026. The corrigendum revises details related to the preferential issue of Fully Convertible Equity Share Warrants. The issue size has been reduced to 10,22,727 warrants at ₹110 each, aggregating up to ₹11.25 crore. This revision is due to changes in the list of proposed allottees, with Ms. Palak Sanjay Agarwal being removed. The company is also amending utilization of issue proceeds and shareholding pattern estimates. The EGM will still be held via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
