Pankaj Prasoon and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 514,355 equity shares, representing 2.7987% of the paid-up capital of Khadim India Limited, through open market transactions on September 10, 2026. This acquisition increases their total holding in the company to 11,32,655 shares, or 6.1630% of the total paid-up capital.
