Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Connected/Designated Persons of the Company. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Directors, Promoters, Connected Persons, Designated Persons of the Company, and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the closure period.
