Khaitan (India) Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 and FY 2025-2026

Khaitan (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ending on 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be informed in due course.
