Khaitan (India) Ltd Approves 89th AGM Notice, Sets Record Date

Khaitan (India) Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 29, 2026, approved the notice for the 89th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via video conferencing. The Board also approved the Director's Report for FY26, including the Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion and Analysis. Book closure dates are set from September 19-25, 2026, with a record date of September 18, 2026, for e-voting. CDSL has been appointed as the e-voting agency, and Mr. Gouri Shanker Mishra as Scrutinizer. Remote e-voting will be open from September 22-24, 2026.
