Khandelwal Extractions Ltd Closes Trading Window as Per SEBI Regulations

Khandelwal Extractions Ltd has informed the stock exchange about the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for dealing in the company's securities by designated employees, directors, promoters, and other connected persons from Thursday, 01* January, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting where the results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
