Khandwala Securities Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Khandwala Securities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window from January 1, 2026, for all directors, officers, employees, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This move is in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the company under the SEBI (Prohibitions of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025.
