Khazanchi Jewellers Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Khazanchi Jewellers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been informed not to trade in the company's securities during this period. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be announced in due course.
