Khemani Board approves FY26 Audited Results; Appoints Internal Auditor

Khemani Distributors & Marketing Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, M/s. B Chordia & Co., provided an unmodified opinion on these results. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. Ravindra Dhakar & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The company will announce the date for its Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2026, in due course.
