The closure will begin on 01.04.2026 and remain in force till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives will also be closed. The date of the Board meeting for consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 is yet to be intimated.
