Khoobsurat Ltd's Brewery Project in Goa Achieves Significant Milestones

Khoobsurat Ltd's Brewery Project in Goa has achieved several key milestones, showcasing the company's commitment to this venture. The Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) issued the registration order for Factory Plot SA-22 & SA-23 Cuncolim Industrial Estate, Goa, in favor of Salcete Brewing Ltd. The Tripartite Lease Deed was executed, and the Goa State Pollution Control Board granted consent to establish the brewery. The Government of Goa - Water Resources Department approved the application to drill and register a borewell at the factory premises. The company has submitted the application for the Establishment License for the Brewery and will make a non-refundable processing fee payment of Rs. 20 Lakhs upon processing. Upon obtaining the Establishment License, the company will apply for the Manufacturing License for Beer. These steps are expected to significantly enhance the company's production capacity and contribute positively to its revenue streams in the coming years.
