Khyati Global Ventures Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Sachin Manseta & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 20, 2026. M/s Sachin Manseta & Associates, led by Mr. Sachin Manseta, a Practicing Company Secretary, brings expertise in corporate secretarial matters, IPR, NCLT, mergers, and other legal and regulatory services. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
