Khyati Global Ventures: Director Resigns, New Independent Director Appointed

Khyati Global Ventures Ltd announced changes in its Board of Directors. Mr. Farhaad Dastoor resigned as an Independent Director, effective April 29, 2026, citing personal and professional commitments. Consequently, he also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders, Shareholders. Following this, the Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Futarmal Jain as an Additional Independent Director. His appointment is effective from April 30, 2026, for a period of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. The company confirmed Mr. Jain is not debarred from holding a directorship. The Board also reconstituted various committees.
