Khyati Global Ventures: Farhaad Dastoor Resigns, Amit Jain Appointed ID

Khyati Global Ventures Ltd announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Farhaad Dastoor resigned as an Independent Director, effective April 29, 2026, citing personal and professional commitments. Consequently, he also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Following this, the Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Futarmal Jain as an Additional Director under the Independent Director category. Mr. Jain's appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, effective April 30, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. The company confirmed Mr. Jain has not been debarred by SEBI. The various committees of the company were also reconstituted.
