Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 FY 2025-26

Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, as well as the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of audited/unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026. This decision applies to all promoters, directors, KMP, their relatives, and statutory auditors, cost auditors/secretarial auditors as per the requirements of Regulation 3 of SEBI (PIT) Regulations.
