Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees After Appointing New Independent Director

Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd has reconstituted its various sub-committees of the Board of Directors following the appointment of Mr. Dilip Nikhare as a Non Promoter, Non Executive Independent Director. The reconstitution is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015. The new committees include the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. The changes were made in a board meeting held on 3rd February 2026.
