KIC Metaliks Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for the Company's Directors, Connected Persons, and Designated Employees, including their relatives, from Thursday, January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the same period.
