KIFS Financial Services: Director Re-appointed at 31st AGM

KIFS Financial Services Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vimal Parmanand Khandwala as an executive director at its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. He will continue to serve as a director liable to retire by rotation under Section 152 of the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Khandwala, aged around 55, has been with the company since January 25, 2021, and possesses over two decades of experience in stockbroking, securities trading, capital markets, fund management, and import-export business. He is also the brother of Mr. Rajesh Parmanand Khandwala. The voting results for this re-appointment were announced on the same day.
