Kilburn Engineering: Amritanshu Khaitan appointed new Chairman

Kilburn Engineering Ltd announced that Mr. Manmohan Singh will complete his second and final term as Chairman and Independent Director on April 20, 2026, and will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan, a Promoter and current Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, as the new Chairman of the Board, effective April 21, 2026. Additionally, the Audit Committee has been reconstituted, effective April 21, 2026, with Mr. Mahesh Shah as Chairman, and Mr. Amitav Roy Choudhury, Mr. Ranjit Pamo Lala, and Mr. Shourya Sengupta as members.
