Kilburn Office Automation Shifts Registered Office within Kolkata

Kilburn Office Automation Limited's Board of Directors has approved the shifting of its registered office within the local limits of Kolkata. The move is effective September 26, 2026. The company's current registered office is at Vasundhara Building, 2nd Floor, Space No. 5 And 6, 2/7, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700017. The new address will be 6th Floor, 20B, British India Street, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700069. This intra-city shift does not require shareholder or Regional Director approval. The company also clarified that this is a temporary measure pending a proposed inter-state shift of the registered office from West Bengal to Maharashtra, which will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026.
