3B BlackBio Dx Ltd has released its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, showcasing significant growth across its consolidated and diagnostics businesses. Consolidated revenue from operations surged by 47% to ₹14,191.81 Lakhs from ₹9,646.86 Lakhs in the previous year. The diagnostics business also saw robust growth, with revenue increasing by 56% to ₹13,111.81 Lakhs. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a 20% increase, and Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 26%. Earnings Per Share (EPS) also rose by 26% to ₹69.94. The company highlighted the successful integration of Coris BioConcept SRL and expansion into new markets, including Southeast Asia. The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹5 per face value share.
