Promoter Acquires 1000 Shares of 3B BlackBio Dx

Dhirendra Dubey, a promoter of 3B BlackBio Dx Limited (formerly Kilpest India Limited), has acquired 1000 equity shares of the company on June 24, 2026. The acquisition was made through the open market. Prior to this transaction, Mr. Dubey held 7,24,098 shares, representing 8.44% of the total share capital. After the acquisition, his holding increased to 7,25,098 shares, constituting 8.45% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains at Rs 8,58,26,700.
