Kimia Biosciences Appoints New Cost, Internal, and Secretarial Auditors

Kimia Biosciences Limited's Board of Directors convened on August 1, 2026, approving key auditor appointments and discontinuances. M/s Mahesh Singh & Co. were appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27, and M/s Chaudhry & Associates as Internal Auditors for the same period. Additionally, M/s Maya Sharma and Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27. The board also approved the discontinuance of M/s M & Co. as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 1, 2026.
