Kinetic Trust Ltd Announces Trading Window Close Period

Kinetic Trust Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window close period will commence from 01 April, 2026 and will end 48 hours after the Audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ending 31 March, 2026, become generally available information. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the said Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Financial year ending 31 March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
