Kingfa India revises 42nd AGM date to Sep 28, 2026

Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Ltd has issued a revised notice for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will now be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. IST, conducted entirely through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company will transact ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26 and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹20 per equity share. Special business includes the appointment of Mr. Wang Dazhong as Chairman & Managing Director. The record date for dividend eligibility and the cut-off date for remote e-voting is September 21, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 25 to September 27, 2026.
