Kings Infra Ventures Ltd. has informed BSE that a Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The meeting will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. The meeting is being convened at shorter notice specifically to address this matter, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
