Kiran Print Pack: Director Re-appointed at AGM

Kiran Print Pack Ltd announced that its members, at the 37th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vinodkumar Bajranglal Dalmia as an Independent Non-Executive Director. His second term of five years will be effective from September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2031. Mr. Dalmia brings over 30 years of experience in management and administration and is not related to any other director of the company. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
