Kiran Vyapar Limited has subscribed to 85,966 equity shares of Greshma Finvest Private Limited (GFPL), representing 0.68% of GFPL's post-issue paid-up equity share capital. The total consideration for this investment does not exceed ₹11,86,33,080 (INR Eleven Crores Eighty Six Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Eighty only). GFPL is an NBFC-NDSI registered with the RBI.
