Kiri Industries Allots Warrants to Promoters for ₹288.92 Cr

Kiri Industries Limited announced the allotment of 60,82,600 warrants to its promoters and promoter group via preferential issue. The issue price is INR 475/- per warrant, aggregating up to INR 288,92,35,000/- (INR 288.92 Crore). The company has received 26% of the issue price, amounting to INR 75,12,01,100/-, as an upfront payment. Upon full conversion, the promoters' shareholding will increase to 46.69% on a fully diluted basis. The equity shares issued upon conversion will be listed on BSE and NSE.
