Kiri Industries Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Vishal Khokhar and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2026. Mr. Vishal Khokhar has over 4 years of experience in Statutory Audit, Branch Audit of Banks and Tax Audits.
