Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has entered into a Supplementary Agreement to sell its immovable property situated in Hubli, extending the validity of the Principal Agreement to Sell for a further period of 24 months. The property, admeasuring 31 Acres 24 Guntas, is located in Sy. no. 88/B, Sy. no. 88/P/1, and Sy. no. 89, with the new property no. 88 /89 and PID no. 36/581. The Supplementary Agreement was executed on October 8, 2025, and does not involve any change in consideration from the earlier intimation.
