Kirloskar Ferrous Appoints Ajay Patil as Joint MD

The company also appointed Mr. Ankur Gupta as Deputy Chief Financial Officer from October 1, 2026. A cut-off date of October 2, 2026, has been set for a postal ballot to seek member approval for these appointments.
