Kirloskar Ferrous Auditors: Kirtane & Pandit LLP to cease, P G Bhagwat LLP continues

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has announced an update regarding its statutory auditors. M/s. Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants, will cease to hold office as the statutory auditor at the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting on August 5, 2026. This cessation is due to the completion of two terms of five consecutive years each, as per the Companies Act, 2013. The company expressed appreciation for their services. Concurrently, M/s. P G BHAGWAT LLP, Chartered Accountants, will continue as the statutory auditor until the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting, following a resolution passed at the AGM on September 24, 2024.
