Kirloskar Industries Announces AGM, Record Date, Book Closure & Dividend Details

Kirloskar Industries Limited has announced details for its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 18, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has fixed August 11, 2026, as the record date for the declaration of a final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 12 to August 18, 2026, inclusive. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹13 per equity share (130%), which will be paid on or before September 17, 2026, subject to member approval at the AGM and TDS. The Annual Report and Notice of AGM will be sent via email and will also be available on the company's and stock exchanges' websites.
