Avante Spaces Appoints George Verghese as MD

Kirloskar Industries Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Avante Spaces Limited, has appointed Mr. George Verghese as an Additional Director and Managing Director. The appointments were approved by Avante's Board of Directors on September 18, 2026, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Verghese, who currently serves as the Managing Director of Kirloskar Industries Limited, brings over two decades of experience in business leadership, transformation, and strategy. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
