Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd: Atul Kirloskar Retires as Chairman, Rahul Kirloskar Appointed as New Chairman

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 10th March 2026. Mr. Atul Kirloskar, who has been the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the company, has expressed a desire not to renew his term as Chairman and has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from 31st March 2026. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Kirloskar as the new Chairman of the company with effect from 1st April 2026. Gauri Kirloskar has been re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director and Managing Director for a period of 3 years commencing from 20th May 2025 and has been additionally designated as the Vice-Chairperson of the company with effect from 1st April 2026.
