Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd: Atul Kirloskar to Step Down as Chairman, Rahul Kirloskar to Succeed

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has announced that Mr. Atul Kirloskar will not renew his term as Chairman and will resign as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from 31st March 2026. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Kirloskar as the new Chairman with effect from 1st April 2026. Gauri Kirloskar has been re-appointed as Managing Director for another term of 3 years and has been designated as Vice-Chairperson of the Company with effect from 1st April 2026.
