Kirloskar Pneumatic Sells 7,200 Sqm Land for ₹11.04 Cr

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd has disclosed the sale of 7,200 square meters of land located in Panchak, District Nashik, to the Government of Maharashtra through the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation. The total sale consideration for this land acquisition is ₹11.04 Crores, necessitated by a proposed Ring Road project in Nashik. The company has stated that this transaction will have no impact on its Nashik plant operations. This sale is a divestment of a property asset.
