Kitex Garments Sets AGM for Sep 25, 2026; Fixes Record Date for Dividend

Kitex Garments Ltd has announced that its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has fixed September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days of the meeting, subject to tax deductions. The record date also serves for the purpose of the AGM.
