Kitex Garments Sets Record Date for FY26 Dividend

Kitex Garments Ltd has announced the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 25, 2026, where the dividend, if approved by the Board of Directors, will be recommended. The record date for this dividend payment has been fixed as September 18, 2026. The dividend, subject to tax deduction at source, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
