Abhishek Nathani Acquires 5.01 Lakh Shares in Kizi Apparels

Abhishek Nathani, Promoter & Managing Director of Kizi Apparels Limited, has acquired 5,01,000 equity shares (4.95% of diluted capital) through the conversion of warrants into equity shares. This transaction, effective July 14, 2026, increases his total holding to 49,83,300 equity shares, representing 49.23% of the company's diluted share capital. The acquisition was completed via preferential allotment. The total equity share capital of the company has increased post-acquisition.
