Kizi Apparels Appoints Raj Kumar Nathani as Additional Director

Kizi Apparels Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Nathani as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective October 16, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The Board also noted the resignation of Mr. Ajay Mishra from the post of Non-Executive Director, effective October 13, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Mishra will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The company also reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
