Kizi Apparels Receives ₹7.9 Lakhs for Convertible Warrants

Kizi Apparels Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 29, 2026. The board approved the receipt of the 17th tranche of consideration for the allotment of Convertible Warrants. The company received a total of Rs. 7,90,500/- from Mr. Umang Kamlesh Vora and Mr. Paresh J Patel towards this tranche. This issuance was done on a preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
